Immigration decisions are rarely black and white — and getting it right matters. This is a paid, in-depth advice session designed to assess whether you may qualify for a UK visa, such as a Spouse visa, Skilled Worker visa, or Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR). We’ll take the time to understand your situation, explain the relevant requirements, and give you tailored guidance — so you’re informed, prepared, and not misled by generic answers.

You might have the skills to contribute and boost the economy, but the application process seems designed to trip you up. A tick in the wrong box and your life plans could be in jeopardy or even blighted for good. That’s a huge burden on you, especially with loved ones counting on your success. Are you stuck trying to figure out what the Home Office wants to hear? Our Personal Immigration team can help.
But the immigration system is notoriously complex and not for the faint-hearted. One administrative oversight could mean a major set-back for your plans, which can sometimes take years to resolve. That’s a pressure you can do without – and it’s why we exist. Immigration administration shouldn’t keep you awake at night. At Mannah Trust Consultancy Services, we make sure it doesn’t.
Self-sponsorship in the UK is not a specific type of visa, but rather a way for business owners to stay/live in the UK to run their active trading business. This involves using a Skilled Worker visa, combined with having a sponsor licence for your own UK-based business.
Applications for a Standard Visitor Visa UK are made online unless you are from North Korea. You will need to have your biometric information, such as fingerprints and photographs, taken at your local Visa Application Centre. Our lawyers have a proven record of success securing Standard Visitor Visas for clients and will guide you through each step of the process.
Unless you apply using either the priority or super-priority service (which are not available in all countries), it can take an average of up to three weeks to find out if your Standard Visitor Visa UK has been granted. If the priority or super-priority services are available in your country, subject to paying an additional fee, you are likely to receive a decision within five working days or by the next working day, respectively.
At the end of 2020, the Home Office made changes to a new points-based immigration system. The Skilled Worker route opened for applications and replaced the Tier 2 (General work visa) route. While there are a number of similarities between Tier 2 (General) and the Skilled Worker route, changes have been introduced to allow employers to sponsor a wider workforce from outside the UK.
